Student Registration 2018-2019
All DCISD students for the 2018-2019 school year must be registered by the parent or guardian prior to August 17, 2018. Each step must be completed for each child.
Students new to the district, must first contact the school office prior to filling out any forms. (903)583-7585 ext. 215
1. Update information in the Student Information System (via Parent Portal)
Use this link to view and edit information as needed. Certain fields require proof before they can be changed, such as your address, social security number, etc. You will need to personally bring those items to the Campus Secretary at the campus your child attends. If you do not do this online, you will need to obtain the printed version and edit any information that needs updating. Need a Parent Portal account? Email: firstname.lastname@example.org and list your child's name and 2018-19 grade.
In order for the registration process to work properly, ALL emails must match within parent portal and student information system.
2. Use the appropriate link to complete local required forms for each campus.
3. Sign up for e-notes
We have implemented E-Notes Notification System to provide timely communication to parents, students, and staff members regarding campus and district news, activities, and classroom events such as projects, test or field trips.
If you have a child attending our District, you will receive phone notifications in emergency situations if your contact information is current at the school. In order to enhance our ability to accurately deliver information to you, we kindly request that you create your personal contact profile using E-Notes Notification Center.
4. Visit the Cafeteria tab to complete the Free & Reduced form (if applicable)
Print the form & fill it out if you qualify for this program. This must be filled out by every student and returned to the campus secretary. **2018-19 Forms will be uploaded July 1, 2018
